11.  Go to Embassy orange portal - https://embassygroup.sharepoint.com/sites/orange/Pages/Home.aspx

Click on the IT Service Desk Icon to go to FreshDesk.

 

22.  FreshDesk uses Microsoft SSO for login, if prompted for password enter the laptop password.  

On the Helpdesk Portal click on the “New Ticket” Button.

 

 

33. Enter a brief subject for the issue in the “Subject”.


44. Select the Group Type:

· IT Support

Select your Location as sub type

· SAP Support

Select the module

· Salesforce Support

 

55. Enter the detail information of the incident or issues in the Description field.

 

6. Click on "Submit" button. 

   Once submitted, you will be able to:

  • View the Status of the Ticket 
  • Find the assigned engineers 
  • Add more information to the ticket 
  • Find Engineers comments and information 
  • Close the ticket if the issue is resolved
